Hi!
The fish is found in the lagoon. Place a villager in the lagoon and it will say there is something in it. I think you have to have level 2 of the techs done. The picture with the coffin is not actually a coffin. It's a treasure chest. You need a master builder to find it. I think you have to have all construction tech level completed. Place him just down from the food bin next to the temple, if you had that completed, and he will dig. Then anyone will help did. It will take a while but a tresure chest will be revealed.

I think the fish and stars one you're asking about is to take a adept farmer and put him in lagoon. He will fish for special fish....you may have to keep doing this til he finds it...if you played fish tycoon you will recognise the fish...it is the fish of fertility. the coffin one is done by taking master builder and dropping him south of the food store and beside temple...keep trying area til you see him say Is something buried here...once he finds the place other builders will help him dig.....good luck
