a peice of art can be seen in so many diffrent ways by diffrent people, for example the mona lisa, is she happy? in love? lonly? or just posing for a painting? so many posabilytys and we dont know witch 1 is right! we could spend the rest of out lives trying to guess and never know.
so yes a picture can speek a 1000 words
