Didn't they sign Josh McCown?...he did quite well in Arizona, don't rule him out so early as being a good QB for them...but a guy like Manning, Favre, or Brady.....eh...he probably wont be that....
I can't even remember the last time the Lions had a good season....They did a good thing this offseason with the new coaching staff and...what like 30 new players (23 in free agency)? It's a new team, maybe something good will happen for them down the road...but probably not this year...and chances are not next year either....or the year after that...or after that...but down the road...it's good to see they still have loyal fans though...good luck.

My guess is no. They keep passing on the heisman winners in the draft and even if they drafted a great quarterback, they would most likely just ruin their career.
I like the new coaches, but I have been let down by the team for too long to keep believing

Umm, well let's see. No! They passed on Leinart to get a linebacker(smart?) Joey sucked, Batch Sucked, Mitchell sucked. We worry about all the wrong things and with Matt Millen in office, I do not care who is coaching, the real calls will always be corrupted and exploitable. F.U.C.K Millen

Honestly, the Lions need to scrap everyone including ownership if the NFL wants them to atleast compete. They have been terrible for so long it's depressing.
