A local glass company can do that. Call them up, they'll come out and measure the window, order the correct glass, come back and install it. Not long ago I had a double pane window replaced as it had water deposits on it inbetween the glass panes.

Generally this needs to be done at the factory, or by a glass dealer. If it isn't done right the window can fog and then u will be stuck. Try calling or contacting the manufacturer, or a local glass company. Chances are this is not a DIY project, as the seal must be maintained or else the fogging begins.

you cant replace just one pane . see if you can find mfr of window by looking on the metal spacer bar . if you can then call them up , they should be the cheapest for repacement glass , or a new sash ( glass and frame )
