I have retractable nipples, gync suggested i put oil and pull it out
and it is hard and painful, just wndering if it will come out fully or not, it goes back right in. As a result my sex life is not good with my partner and it turns him off

like u said it is inverted nipple only on my left breast, can u tell me the name of the device whihc is worn and where can i buy it? and will it permanently pull my nipple out?

there is a type of shield you can get (like those worn by pregnant woman who have inverted nipples). You wear it during the day, and it applies steady pressure to your nipples to help pull them out. I have never had to wear them, but a friend of mine had to so that she could nurse her children when they were born- she said it was uncomfortable, though.

use a breast pump.
This is what helps nipple extend itself out of the breast socket.
