"Will you take me to the store?" is the grammatically correct form. "Can" means "Are you physically able?"
So "Yes, I CAN bring you to the store, but I will not".... See?

The correct way to phrase this sentence would be: Would you take me to the store? You should use "would" instead of "can" because it is not an issue of whether the person has the ability to take you to the store, because that is understood. And use "take" instead of "bring" because the syntax is better.

It may be technically grammatically correct, but the usual expression is: "Can you take me to the store?".

I would say "Will you take me to the store?" if you want a definite commitment. Another equally good way is "Would you take me to the store?" If you know what vehicle the person is using, you might be better to say, "Will you drive me to the store?" I think most children will say, "Can you take me to the store?" And don't forget politeness is best - so using "Will you please take me to the store?" is probably the most polite.
