Will changing the fan on my desktop make it quieter?

The fan on my new P4 3 Ghz desktop is very load. Should I change the fan?? Will it help and is this easy to do?

Most fans that come with PCs are loud. You can go to a place like Fry's or online like egghead.com and purchase a low decible fan. They are easy to replace and make a huge difference.

i think its due to your room atmosphere or your computer is in high temperature area..! you check these points first...! you make it proper air circulation for you computer...! i think this will solve you fan noise or load..!
