what is the best way to ask a guy out?

Just go for it, it shows you have confidence, but also set boudaries, just because you asked him out, doesn't mean anything else. If he says no, well at least you'll know what he answered instead of never knowing. Good luck, the worst he can do is say no!

Just walk right up to him when he is not around anyone (you do not want your guys answer to be influenced by the people around him) and ask him if he would like to go out sometime, or be your boyfriend. If you are too worried to go right up to him and ask, then you are not comfortable around him enough yet to be dateing him. GoodLuck!

some people may say to ask online, or on the phone. please don't. I don't like it when guys ask me out that way. It's not as special, and makes them seem kinda shy/ intimitated in a way. When you guys are hanging out, just casually ask him. like " hey, i really like you, and i think we have a lot of fun together. Would you want to be Boyfreind and girlfriend?" it may seem nerve racking at first, but when he says yes (hopefully) it will be worth it. ;-)

i think doing it online is the best because if he rejects you it dorsnt feel as bad like when u ask him right in his face but first you should ask him if he likes u and if he says yes then just ask him out.

start a conversation with him and while talking to him say "hay I have a question for you, do you want to go out some time?"

you could write him a note or call him, but i wouldn't IM him .. well, ya could .. or just confront him when hes not surrounded by other guy friends ..
