Why do some people get mad if let's say someone who was born and raised in Oregon moves to Kentucky and fly's the Oregon state flag instead of the Kentucky flag. It's the same country people, what is the problem?

To avoid such a problem, our states are not allowed to have a separate flag. We only have a national flag.

Who gives a crap? I'd rather someone fly an Oregon flag than a Mexican, Peruvian, or some other country flag.

I live in Florida and you see many people fly the flag of their state they moved from. The American Flag is always above it, or higher.

The only state I've ever really heard of that being a common problem is Texas and in Texas' case, it's because Texans consider themselves to be Texans first and Americans second. I'm sure that if that is a problem in other states, it's due to a similar mentality.
