I have found that men who have daughters seem to be more sensitive and gentle than men with sons. This applies to men who have only sons or daughters. It seems that the men I have met that have only sons have less respect for women and tend to be a little rougher. Everything has to center around sports for them where as the men that I have met whom have daughters seem to be more respectful and understanding of women.

Because fathers with there daughters are very protective. Son's can protect themselves, some times daughters cant even do that. But its mostly because they are protective.

I have a beautiful 4yr old daughter that means the world to me. I would agree to a certain extent. Having a child period, regardless of what gender it is should make any parent more sensitive.I have always been really respectful towards women but having a daughter does make you work harder at it. I want her to love and respect herself so much that she will not let anyone treat her less than how she deserves to be treated. For alot of men having a daughter is kinda viewed as bad because you cannot turn them into little men. My daughter is one of the best things to ever happen to me as a man. Her example of how a man should treat her will begin with me.

Well, i have custody of my 6yr old daughter and i think she has changed my life totally, i really cant answer coz i dont have a son but i can tell you that she is the best thing that ever happened to me!

perchance that could be genuine...it does appear like it is the case. men do not extremely "horse round" with their daughters, yet they do so with their sons. So perchance this is a section. also, perchance his spouse probable makes him more effective mushy. ^_^
