If you know the exact address then use the postcode finder on the royal mail's website:
http://www.royalmail.co.uk
You'll need to register but it won't take long and it'll guarantee you will get the correct postcodes.
If however you were just asking for people to give you random codes, you are obviously up to no good and I can't help you. SW1 1AA is Buckingham Palace though. I suspect that is of no use to you though.
