Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers) can beat Carol (Star Saphire) Ferris any day of the week. Ms. Marvel has super strength as well as near invulnerablity. C'mon now man give us a question that will really test our comic book knowledge.

Carol Danvers in the looks department.
She'd kick Carol Ferris butt as Ms Marvel/Binary/Warbird any day of the week.
They'd probably put up a good cat fight in civvies though.

One on one, without any super-powers, Danvers would be Ferris because she has previous military training, including hand to hand.
