I remember my Grandma always saying that to me!! She was from Wisconsin. I've never heard anyone say that in Texas.

Can't say as I've heard it much. I think it tended to be used by the older Germans. I'm sure my grandmother used it, although it would have sound more like "und zo?"

Yes, some of us do. At least we don't say pop for soda.
