I need one for around $50-$100 That has moving eyes/eyebrows/mouth.
I would prefer new, but used will work.
(I'm not looking for antiques)

Its better to make one from scratch, but if you don't have a choice, you could look in Toy'r'Us. Some stores have them and some don't, but they are all ugly.
Any stuffed toy with an articulated mouth will work in its place, attach black rods to its hands/paws to give it motion qualities.
In fact, all the muppets made for the shows and movies were effectively the same, it depends upon how you would look at them.
I think you can still get the Fraggle "muppets" they ought to work fine.

Umm, yeah, the ferret did it... I wasn't even in the area at the time. Ummm, since it's obvious I'm not gonna get it as a chew toy, artificial flowers would be perfectly respectable. :) *waits for a pet from Hyacinth*
