No, for a start there is no 'j' or 'x' in the welsh alphabet, and the only vowel in the word is a 'w'. I would think that to spell Jackson phonetically it would be Siacson, although there would be no need to spell it any differently. Depsite there being no 'J' in the Welsh alphabet two of the most common Welsh surnames have been anglicised and spelt with a 'J' - Jenkins and Jones

Remarkably it is and **** is pronounced **** in welsh too, but you could spell it Grwylly-antiglas and fool some **** (****).
