Has anyone ever had a vacation with Summerbay Getaway they have been contacting me like crazy, sounds too good to be true, anyone have any advice. Should I leave it alone or try it!!

It kind of depends on what the offer is. But generally these companies are trying to sell timeshares. Basically, they offer you a vacation at a really discounted rate, sometimes it is next to nothing, other times it is just a really great rate on one of their condos and sometimes they will give tickets to area attractions.
The best thing is to look into the company and find more about them. Online research generally works best. See what you can find.
There is always going to be a chance something isn't going to be what you expect, but if you look into it, you should be able to find enough information to decide if the company is legit. But if I were to guess, it is definitely a timeshare, so they are going to try and get you to purchase something from them. It can be a little bit annoying and isn't the ideal thing to deal with on vacation. But, if you really need/want a vacation, it is always worth a try.
