I can't imagine enjoying it if there is NOT emotional attachment. I don't understand why people become "intimate" unless they feel something more than lust for the other person. I think that's why there are so many abusive/unhealthy relationships today, because they didn't wait to develop a meaningful emotional relationship before they jumped into bed. Sex is not just hormones and body parts, even for men. The more you pretend it is, the more messed up your life becomes.

When there is an emotional attachment sex is called making love and it's wonderful. Sex is just sex and I'm past wanting the emptiness of that.

We humans do sex more for enjoyment that for producing off spring. when there is emotional attachment , that itself makes us diffrent from animals and robots.
Or else we can be on par with a Dog

Yes, sex with out emotions can still be good, but sex with someone you love and care about is sooo much better

sometimes. i have had sex with quite a few people. Some may call me slutty, but it doesn;t matter because i have already taken that word for myself. I have found that when having one night stands i am able to be more adventurous right off the bat because i am not worried about what the other person will think of me. when i am in a committed relationship, as i am now, it is harder for me to be kinky right away as i AM worried about what he will think of me. Now that we have all of that out of the way though, our sex life is amazing.

Absolutely. Sex without an emotional connection is a waste of time and selling your body and yourself short.

There is a definite difference in making love and just having sex. When you find the right person you'll know. Sex feels different when you are in love with the person.

It's questionable. Enjoyment is a subjective experience, and it probably depends on the individual engaged in sexual activity. Some would say that it is MORE enjoyable, and some would say that they still get their rocks off either way. So, I guess it is just a matter of personal opinion.

For sure. Whats a more possible high than knowing the person you're with is someone you care about and that they too return the feeling. To me it just enhances the different sensations that goes with making love plus it allows you to reach a different high.
