Tell him what is annoying you, and hopefully he can change how he acts around you, thats if he is a friend of course. If he's not your friend and is somebody who just annoys you in general, either avoid him or ignore him. He will get the message eventually.

dont answer his calls and just cut him out of ur life dont let him in ur house stuff like that. if things get really bad and he keeps on stalking you get a new BF to kick his ***. good luck =)
