It is situational. Each person will have things that they sit back and watch and feel no motivation to take part in and each person will have other things that motivate them to action.

So at times we are all spectators and revolution is going on external to us.

But at other times situations exist that cause us to feel the need to change and we are motivated to take action with the motivation coming from within although it may be sparked by external forces.

i think the answer is inside.......but the thing is that it is very much related to the surroundings we live.........revolution comes to your mind through outside sources...........a revolution you see outside can make a revolution in you........
when the people like you become a new one it makes a revolution in the society.......ie;it comes through each and every mind.............

there is plenty for all - US$15 [2006 dollars] an hour for every working person in the world including housewives and students

peace, plenty, paradise, survival

then externally:

tell two people well enough that they understand the essential importance of telling two people

every adult in the world will learn it in just 31 times the time to tell two people - 1000 people in ten times the time to tell two - 1,000,000 in 20 times the time to tell two - 1,000,000,000 in 30 times the time to tell two

then there will be unanimity - and bloodless revolution to set maximum fortunes, to avoid overpay and overpower [tyranny, state terrorism] and underpay and underpower [slavery, righteous anger, gang terrorism]

everyone in the world already agrees

which would you choose?

a world with pay from a million times to 1000th of average, extreme violence, 99% underpaid underpowered, 90% paid between 10th and 1000th of average [full slavery, great anger], escalation of violence to extinction, the overpaid in danger from being surrounded by extreme underpay, unsafety, unfriendliness, millions of problems, stresses, miseries

or

US$15 an hour for everyone, peace, plenty, paradise, safety, happiness 100-fold, far fewer problems and stresses, global friendliness, far fewer diseases, far less ignorance, 10 times as many scientists, inventors, capitalists, entrepreneurs, 10 times as much money in world markets, high real income growth, high capital formation [cheap loans]

even if you were going to be the one who was paid a million times average, you would choose the second option

therefore there is already a universal will to have this change

when there is universal awareness of unanimity, limit fortunes to the maximum earnable by making not just raking money [2006 dollars, US$2 million, 50 hours x 50 weeks x 50 years x world av. hourly pay minus lifetime's minimum spending] and spread the overfortunes equally among everyone on earth [another US$70,000 a year per family]
