Was their a contract or something that said you wouldn't be paid when you took the job? If not then it isn't against the law for you to quit, or even sue for the hard earned money you deserve.

Your boss or... emploiyer does not have to rights to pay you late, or not at all without discussing it out with you.
So my words say to either quit and find a better job, or sue them for the money they owe you.

He has to pay you, if you had quit, then he is not required to pay you right away, you have to wait til the regular payday, but if you were fired, he has to pay you within i think 48 hours, may be 24. I would call the labor board if this is not hapepning. Google the number

He legally has to pay you. DId you fill out any tax information? If he hired you without an application and without any tax info, you might not be able to prove that you were an employee there. Make sure that you sign some sort of tax info so you are ensured that the job is legit.

They HAVE to pay you BY LAW. 32 hours is a lot of time not to be paid for. Contact a lawyer.

Contact the Labor Relations Board in your state. What the employer is doing is illegal. Thr LRB can direct you on what steps to take

I think it's O.C.E.A or Dept of Labor. There should be a poster hanging up in you office or break room. If not when in doubt google it.
