Eat plenty of fiberous foods. You can check the internet for a list.
And what helps me, is Metamucil. The orange flavored one is great in juice or water. Works like a charm. Take it twice or three times a week, and your body will start to get the picture.
Also, you might want to try Colon Cleanse (GNC). It's a 7 day program that helps cleanse your intestines. Works too!!!

You can eat oatmeal, anything with lots of fiber in it...beans, granola, etc. Drink metamucil or benefiber, it helps give you the extra fiber you need in order to have a healthy diet and digestive system. If problem persists, I'd go see a doctor.

Personally, I find a combination of oatmeal for breakfast (I sweeten it) and a regular walk does all that is needed.

I think you should try eating more vegetables and a couple of prunes wouldn't hurt! If you eat alot of fast food please cut back!

fiber, eat fiber whole grains and multigrains. lettuce and leafy vegetables are great too.
