All you need graphics wise to run Aero Glass is a DirectX 9 capable board which the 9250 is. I wouldn't use it for gaming, but again, I really can't tell you how well it will run Aero Glass. Though according to Cnet, Aero Glass ran "well" on a FX5200, the nVidia equivalent of the 9250. If you are asking if I would use that to run Aero Glass on, the answer is no. I hold the opinion that you need a dedicated gaming computer in order to run Vista with Aero Glass well.

Okay, some Radeon 9250s do not support DX 9 and some do. This one does, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814103167 and it will support Vista.
