You could include it with clubs/organizations or even awards, but you run the risk of coming off really pretentious.

Your in Mensa and you didn't know that? Hum......I assume you would put it under education, Right?Or personal achievements?

Yes it can.

Put it at the end under "activities". This is where you should list any community service or volunteer work you do. If you're just out of college this is also where you would put clubs and sports from college that you were in.

God, no! It will make you look like you think you're a smarty pants.....Mensa is an ego stroke, keep it to yourself.

I decided not to join...too much self-love in that group.

it adds you..you can mention that either in achievements or attributes.
