The dipstick tube is usually bolted in by a bracket. Unbolt the bracket and the whole tube assembly should pull out. remove the broken part, refit the tube with some silicone sealer and bolt it back in.
Buy a replacement dipstick and you fixed the problem in 2 minutes.

Don't worry about the broken part of the dipstick it will just sit at the bottom of the oil pan, you can retrieve it when you replace the oil pan gasket.

As for the other piece you need to order another one from the dealer, their not that expensive and it will be the right one.

3.2 qaurts without filter change. but to replace, everyone is right so far but you will either need to remove the broken piece in the block or knock it into the oilpan which wont hurt anything unless you do some really wild acrobatic driving then i would remove it from the pan. if your lucky enough the kid at jiffy lube can dig it out with a magnet
