the mind is a very special thing. if you are in a situation that absolutey has nothing good to offer, you can still be happy. that is a state of mind. if you tell yourself that you are miserable, then you are miserable. How you live your life is all a state of mind. If you try to live looking at the good in things, that is what you will see and how you will be. If you choose to see only the negative, that is how you will live. always remember...happiness is a journey not a destination!
