but everytime i turn the program on, it says "you have no video capture hardware". what does that mean? and what should i do? the cam's already connected to the pc..

you should have a CD that came with your webcam..
make sure you put the CD and install the hardware.

If you don't have one, go to the webcam makers website and try to search for their hardware drivers to download.

Go to control panel and go to add hardware install and reboot
