The best TV selection is on Blocbuster Online. 55,000 titles, incluing every tv show made into dvd. Netflix has 60,000 titles, but they don't have all of the tv shows. They pad their numbers by offering more foreign films, mostly from india and japan, and TONS of workout videos.

Yes you can. The blockbuster near me has a very good selection. I'm not sure how much they cost though, it may vary from store to store.
