I understand your problem. I've had rosaces for over 15 years and have tried everything on the market. Three things to stay away from: 1. Alcoholic beverages and any products you may use on or near your face.
2. Greasy , spicy foods. 3. Too much sun without protection.
I did my best trying to follow the 3 golden rules but we all like to have fun, so I decided, (if I can't beat it, then I'll try to hide it) I started to look for makeup with out alcohol in it and you would be surprised how many have it in the ingredients. A friend suggested I try Bare Minerals. So I did. It has really made a difference in my life, no more red face and so natural looking. It even appears to me that the flareup are less and my face is blemish free. One other thing I do is I use Coppertone Oil Free Faces as a moisturizer under the makeup. I hope this helps. See a doctor and maybe the pill will help you they didn't help me at all. Good luck
