It is rare, but not unheard of for a penis to be that small.
Honestly, you'd be a good candidate for penis enlargement surgery. Basically, a lot of your penis is 'inside' your body. What they do in the surgery is move where the penis is attached, so that more is on the outside. This typically gains an inch or maybe two, regardless of penis size. Its an expensive indulgence for a man with a 6-7" penis, but going from 2" to 4" would be quite a differance. 2" is going to make thrusting while staying in difficult. 4" is not going to be impressing the few women who care a lot about penis size, but is certainly enough to stimulate the vast majority of nerves in the vagina that are all inthe first 1/3.

I don't think there are really any non-surgical ways to increase penis size that really work. What you are going to have to do is accept your size. Penis size matters to women as much as breast size matters to men. It all depends on the person--if they aren't too shallow then it shouldn't bother them. It still works, right?

that is so sad. You can get penis enlarging pills. There are many out there. Be prepared to pay alot though. Hopefully one day you will be able to look down and be happy with your size. Good luck

first off it matters how old you are, your penis stops growing around 13-15 years old at the latest, if you're past that you are out of luck, and i will tell you now that there is NO way to make your penis grow bigger, and i mean NO way

u could get a ruber band and tie it around something heavy, tie the other end to ur penis, then let the oblect drop but hold on the rubberband on ur dick cuase it might fall out, this helped me, my dick was 4' now its 5' 1/2
