Some people have put up TV shows on YouTube. Here's the site: www.youtube.com . If you go on a station's main website they may have some available for you. For example: NBC and ABC both have shows on their website for free. Either way, it makes up for if you missed it when it aired.

And speaking of The Office, I have some really cool news to share. I will be The Office TVj over at BuddyTV.com. Basically this means that starting soon we can all watch The Office together in a LIVE chat that I will be moderating. abc.com has desperate housewives,lost.commander in chief, greys anatomy and complete season 5 of alias for free. nbc is offering free webisodes of its shows like the office. in2tv on aol has alot of old shows like lois and clark and wonderwoman but they are cut in half (each episode is 2 webisodes i think) fox had some older episodes of 24 and war at home and family guy go to cw11.com or type cw into google to see really long previews to some of thier shows

The only one i know is a shopping channle mostley womens stuff,and it's live and that is qvc.com.
