Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen. Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception...This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.

Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.

The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.

While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy

Well I have never heard of 3-4 days after conception that u could possibly be able to tell that soon. But hey if u think so. It could be a bacterial infection or some other infection. As far as the headache thing is concerned that could be stress. Sometimes when u want to conceieve our minds play tricks on us to make us believe that it is happening. U can convince your body that u are pregnant and not be. Your body becomes so convinced that it begins to show signs of it and it not be.

That's what they call the "fertile mucous." Now is the time to have sex if you are trying to get pregnant. The other symptoms could also be caused by the hormones associated with ovulation. Keep up the work if you are trying to get pregnant!

Could be the sign of a vaginal infection.
The only way to know for sure is to see your obgyn. They can tell you which it might be.

Why dont you just run out and get a test instead of guessing? But yes, it very much is a sign.
