i want to lose weight fast and look hot. i was thinking of doing this.
~eat 900 cals a day
~burn 100 cals every morning by doing cardio
~atleast 10 cups of water every day
~100 assorted crunches every day
~no eating before 10 am or after 7pm

does that sound like a good plan? and how much do you think i could lose? i really wanna look hot in some new clothes.

If you only plan on eating 900 cals a day you'll probably find that your tired a lot. Working out definitely will help because the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Also, avoid eating foods that are high in fat, like cheese, or high in carbs, like processed bread. As long as you eat healthy and work out you're bound to lose weight. Don't skip breakfast because you want your metabolism working for you all day, but not eating after 7pm is a good idea because it's likely you won't burn calories any time after that.

You should eat early .. around 5-7AM. But other than that I think you'll lose weight quickly. Make sure those 900 cals are nutritious, fruits, veggies, protein, grains, & dairy. If you're not getting what you need it will be harder to lose weight.

your diet is terrible.

you'll go anemic in no time flat.

and weight of course.

you should up those calories to 1200 a day.

diets aren't short term, that's the problem most think diet means that.

diets are long term, for the rest of your life.

eat those fresh veggies and fruits... how much is a cup for you? 10? why 10?

your exercize isn't cardio related... do more walking and aerobics.

you should never eat less than 1000 cals per day, thats really bad for you. and keep in mind that when you drink that much water, youre going to put on a lot of water weight, so dont be surprised if the scale says you weigh more. good luck!

umm you cant lose weight so fast you could try excersing or goin to the gym if your old enough and if your young do not eat any junk food and you could walk and maybe ride your bike for like and hour and its atleast gonna take you time to lose weight so try this and if it doesnt work maybe you could get an appointment with a dietion and she will help you...

Not enough cals. You should never eat less than 1400. Ever. And cardio will burn more than 100 cals if you do it long enough. Also, if you do your cardio in the morning, like you're planning, you'll burn more cals throughout the day, because your metabolism will be high.

don't think it work well..

~1200 cals per day
~burn 100 cals every morning
~do a few sets of exercise 10 counts each
~ take stairs whenever you can
~meals taken at same time everyday
~have a 70% full meals everytime no more no less

Sounds like a good idea to me, or you could google "master cleanse" and use that recipe. helps to lose weight quickly.
