I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and coke or Pepsi isn't good for anyone. It contains caffeine and I've seen what a glass of this can do to a metal frying pan, it takes the metal off, so imagine what it does to the stomach. The saccharine in it is also very very bad for you

In my opinion it's not bad or good! The best thing for a diabetic to drink is water! Alot of the sugar free drinks have more harmful stuff in them than regular soda drinks! If your sugar ever dips to low Coke will bring it up very quickly! That is the only time I drink soda!
