If you want to, yes!
When I first started wearing them - years ago - I could feel them with my bottom eyelid. You get used to them very quickly and don't feel them at all. You also get used to putting them in, it is hard at first.
Soft... I didn't realize they even made hard ones anymore.

I've been wearing contacts for eight years. They've never bothered me, just occasionally when I've had them on for more than 12 hours.
The brand I would recommend is Johnson& Johnson Acuvue 2 week, or the Daily Johnson & Johnson kind. (I think both are soft lenses, they are far more comfortable than hard lenses).
Don't go for the one year kind, so much bacteria and germs pile up in the contact lens, it's better to toss 'em out daily or every two weeks.
I also have eyeglasses, I alternate between wearing them and my contacts so that my eyes take a break! Hope I helped :)

it matters on how much money you want to spend and if you can keep track of them. it doesent hurt as long as you put them in right. soft lenses would help you more for first starting off if you want to go to hard later on thats your choice. and contacts are easier than glasses because they hardly fall out. and make sure you always carry at least 2 spair pairs incase one does fall out.

yeah and it doesnt realy hurt and after like a second u forget they are even there the only time when u actually feel them is when you have worn them too long and they are starting to dry out, and when something is in them, you should get sooft lens cause then thety aren't as small as hard lens and they are disposable. just dont forget to change them every now and then. <3

no dont, cuz this one lady wore contacts and it got stuck behind her eyes. and then she had to get a surgery and now she doesnt have one eye. then their was this other story i heard the other day that this college boy wore contacts and the contacts were dirty but he didnt kno, so then wen he put it on he couldnt open his eyes. so u shouldnt. trust me. and these stories are real. dont wear contacts. they can look hott but they can also be dangerous.

I recomend getting a small sample pack, (some places offer them) to se if you like it. It may hurt a little putting them in, but I'm not sure. Any ways, good luck with your desision.
