If it happens during sex or sexual stimulation then it is merely a female orgasm/ejaculate. Some women ejaculate during sexual stimulation and often mistake it for urinating. Again, if this is what it is, it is natural.

i dont get it. urination doesnt feel like a period. Menstrual flow doesnt run like water. I dont get it when you say, what does it mean....

its a bladder control problem she needs to see a doctor ..it can be controlled.
