getting beat up and my leg broken by my ex-husband for being 15minutes late home from work (shocking i know)

This is funny now, but it wasn't then. When we lived in Hawaii, I complained one night about having to sit on a board that was placed between 2 chairs(we didn't have a third chair) I was only 8 or 9 years old. My dad got really mad, he went and got his pistol belt, it's a 3 inch wide canvas belt with metal covered belt holes all over the thing and he swung me up and held me by my ankles while he beat the crap out of me with that belt! I didn't complain about sitting on the board anymore because for 2 days I didn't sit anywhere!

confined to my room on a Memorial Day weekend. at the time, I thought that was the worst punishment, so I snuck out. I was caught, and for that, I was made to kneel on bricks. (ouch)

When I was 6 my brother left the big paintbrush unattended while he took a break (he was painting the shed). So when my friend came over I painted a chair and demanded she go bring it to me. She wouldn't so I painted her pant legs. Then I painted my bare legs. Then I got in trouble. My parents debated whether to spank me or send me to bed for the rest of the day. They did both.

An overnight stay in jail & then a transfer to county jail & all the other amenities after getting a DWI. I deserved it & have not driven after drinking since. I learned my lesson!!!
