It kills me to say this, but I think it might be Virginia. She wins all the challenges and she was very good at the "pass". She can be very absent minded at times. I think Heather is probably a better leader, however she is too emotional.

I think it will be Heather only because the old contestants get a chance at deciding who wins and it seems like everyone had it out for Virginia even though Virginia was right/best.

Virginia, hands down. She's so good, that she doesn't even know it yet. The last 2 lost because they were hating on her, and weren't concentrating on being the best, and neither is Heather. Virginia had the best restaurant wagon, and the best palette, and instead of congratulating her, all they could do is continue to talk about her, not realizing this is the reason that they couldn't beat her. Virginia is just concerned about doing the best job possible, and she keeps winning challenges. Ray Charles could see that, and he's blind and dead.
