Only 2% of african american has said to be on Bush's side, thats basicly condaleezza rice's family and thats about it. whats the reason.. is it true what kanye west said, "George Bush Doesn't Care About Black People"?

There is no leadership from the Bush administration. You can't approve of something that doesn't exist.
My take on this issue is that Bush's constituency consists of rich people and industrialists, particularly in the oil and defense industries. There are very few African Americans among those ranks. Therefore, Bush does not care for their wellbeing, other than their role in filling the ranks of the military and low wage jobs to keep the industries of his consituents going. All you need to do is to look to the aftermath of Katrina to prove this point. We're not talking about welfare and handouts - it's not like these things existed to any great extent before Bush even came on board. We're talking about education in poor neighborhoods, we're talking about health care, we're talking about affordable housing, we're talking about minimum wage, we're even talking about gas prices which affect the lower incomes disproportionally.
Bush does not even discuss these issues of the greatest importance to African (and other) Americans. All part of the great shame he has brought upon this country.

It is not true that George Bush does not care about Black People.I am not related to condaleezza Rice and I support Mr. Bush's leadership. All politics is a "choice of evils". Mr. Bush is my choice. I am African American, and I think that we have to understand a little history as to why Blacks do not support GOP candidates or policies. The GOP did not support many of the civil rights causes in the 60's. The GOP appear to be highly pro-big business, anti union, etc. In my veiw, these are some of the reasons. However, I personally disagree with the veiws of the majority of African Americans.

Yes Kanye West did say that. He said that because of the people who neglected to leave New Orleans(mind you THEY didn't want to leave), 70% of them were black. However..in a city where the population is 70% black(such as New Orleans), the numbers work out quite correctly, and Kanye Wests' accusation is totally unfounded.
Maybe Kanye should also get up and say "The Mayor of New Orleans Hates White People!!". The Mayor made blatantly racist comments in a speech after Katrina and the rebuilding had begun. But nothing was ever really said about that.

They are lazy. I grew up in Compton and most brothers are looking for drugs and women. They gots this liberal blue attitude that white people owe them a living. Fact is that a lot of lazy white people have the same attitude.
I call it Smurf headed laying around unemployed crying about the gas price. If they got off their couch and went to work making money their whole outlook would change.
My grandmother spent her whole life in Alabama scrubbing rich white peoples houses. She invested in computer stocks back when the first computers were being made. When she died in 2000 she left me enough money to buy Alabama.

No, that is not true. The President does care, it's just that so many of the Blacks listen to people like Jesse Jackson, and Danny Glover, who think they have to be told how to think, and maybe the welfare ones listen. There is a pastor named Jessie Lee Peterson, he is trying to get Black America to think for theirselves, to use good judgement, and to not let the liberal blacks keep them down. Bill Cosby had the same message, and the Black Liberals shot him down, called him an "uncle tom"

George Bush doesn't care about people at all, his whole administration is corrupt to the last one. The only thing he cares about is money. I thank him everytime that I fill up my car. That is only one of a list of things that he has done bad for this country.

Maybe they should ask themselves why GW doesn't care about them? Truth is I don't think he cares any more for black people then he does hispanics, whites or anyone else. Thing about GW he seems to care for everyone equally - maybe some companies a little more then people but still.
What has the black community ever done for GW? They ran commercials with such hatred, their leaders of the NAACP (a supposedly non partisan organization) called him names and put our ridiculous statements about GW. If I were GW I'd ignore this community as well.

And if they do, it is because he is doing NOTHING about the illegal alien crisis which is having a terrible effect on wages and jobs in the USA.
Illegal aliens are creating a drop in the standard of living and the quality of life in the USA. Blacks are being affected by it along with the rest of the legal population, maybe more.
