led zeppelin is consdered as the second greatest band to the beatles,there are other bands like the rolling stones ,the who,pink floyd that are much better.pearsonally i dont like even a single song of led zeppelin.

Thats just your opinion, I love Led Zeppelin, but not everybody has to like the same thing. Its all based on personal taste.

1) The Beatles 2) The Rolling Stones 3) Black Sabbath 4) AC/DC
5)Led Zeppelin 6) Queen 7) Jimi Hendrix (although he isn't a band he is still good) 8) The Who 9) every other band

Not that i can judge, but i doubt youve heard enough songs of theirs to say you dont like any of them. I am a huge Zeppelin fan, I own every album and I cannot think of a song that I dont like. To each his own, but know this: no one should call Zep overrated until theyve heard some of their masterpieces off albums such as Physical Graffiti, or Led Zeppelin III. Stairway To Heaven doesnt define Led Zeppelin.

to me Led Zeppelin is the greatest band ever!!! out of all 9 albums plus coda, how the west was won, bbc sessions, Remasters, Early days and Later day, and the Box set i have not listened to an album i didn`t like... and i haven`t heard i song i dislike by Zeppelin.... Yeah those bands you named are all good(except i don`t really like the stones) and i listen to them alot but, Led Zeppelin never gets old and i would say there the greatest... and NO i don`t think there over rated . they brought us great hard rock and awsome music. When you got Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Bonham, and John paul Jones you have the greatest band ever!

What are your criteria?
I personally can't stand most of the Beatles music and put #1 & #2 as The Stones & Zepp but not sure which is 1 or 2...
Pink Floyd is great but not at the level of those two and The Who, while excellent, is not quite at the level either.
If you smoke a lot of pot I guess you might prefer Floyd & The Who to Zepp & Stones. F the beatles...

Not true led zeppelin sold the most records ever recorded in history with there untitled album with Stairway to Heaven at no.1 with thriller by MJ in 2nd.So do some history!!!!!

Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but Led Zeppelin is one of my very favorite bands. I think they were innovators and created a unique sound and i enjoy their use of celtic lyrics and Robert Plant's infusion of elements from J.R. Tolkien's books.
Personally, I do not like Pink Floyd, but that does not mean that i don't respect them musically...they are just not my taste...

that's funny to me because i can't stand the Beatles and think they are way overrated. I think Led Zeppelin is hands down the better of the two. They were cutting edge and incredible muscians.

Led Zeppelin overratted no way. They've stood the test off time.Everybody has their opintions. They were a class act. And they still are today.
