I'm CD only, and usually just wear panties. This does make it difficult to conceal a bulge however, and I've heard that a "gaff" does a better job of containment and gives a cleaner look. Cant speak for the comfort end of it tho!

I enjoy the boyshorts and the tanga drawers. When I feel frisky, I go commando! I love the bras from Fredericks of Hollywood(and their undies, too!)because they have them in my size and they're reasonable.

I like thongs, but I mix it up every once in a while with boyshorts or nothing at all.

As a transsexual, I'd recommend bikini cut. They do a good job hiding the bulge.
