If you're staying in a hostel bring a towel to use - many don't provide them. Consider getting a cheap one you can leave behind so you can use the space in your bag for something you buy over there.
Put your shampoo/any gel type product in a ziplock - again plan on sharing these w/ the bf and tossing the products out at trips end.
Swimming? plastic bag for suit.
I don't remember if Greece allows ibiprofin (in advil), consider tylenol instead.
bring a small flashlight - many out of the way places don't have street lights to get you home after a night out. (definitely don't scooter home after to much greek wine!)
Wash your undies before bed at night to limit amount needed to bring and roll your clothes tightly - less wrinkles and makes more space in your bag.
