No. I have waited 1 hour +, but after that I will try to call them & find out what is going on. I learned to never jump to conclusions & jump down their throat the minute you hear from them next - they may be calling to tell you their mother was in a bad auto wreck & they have been at the hospital all day or something like that. So, try to ask calmly "Why did you not show up?". If they say they forgot & are really sorry, give them another chance .Unless this has happened before - then it is time to re-evaluate this relationship. Do what you feel you gotta do then!

uh, NO. if i was waiting for someone, and they didn't show after a half an hour (without a phone call or anything,) I'd leave. Screw that! my time is valuble, and if this "friend" doesn't respect me, i'm done.
