I completely propose J.C. Penney's. They have this magnificent clearance and I determined denims for $20 and a horny ruffled shirt for approximately $7, marked down from 36! Woohoo! If you are going for now not too steeply-priced garments, then check out Target, H&M, Forever 21, and if goth isn't a foul factor, Hot Topic. Personally I have not been to many different locations, however I've heard that Wet Seal is a further well one. On a facet observe, seem round on-line to uncover out what forms of garments are so much flattering to your frame form. Take a huuuge armload of matters into the dressing room, check out on something you wish, see what is exquisite. Happy searching! :)

I really like to go to American Eagle, Charlotte Russe, Pac Sun, Aeropostale, and Abercrombie. American Eagle, Charlotte Russe, and Aeropostale would probably be your best bet because they have nice styles and good quality while keeping a fair price. Pac Sun and Abercrombie can get a little expensive.

Anywhere you want--Online! You avoid the crowds that way, and find good deals on closeouts/clearance. My fav's are Old Navy, Target, and JCpenny (for clothes). For supplies--You won't beat Wal-Mart!!
