I really want a flatter stomache b4 I start high school again. How do I get it w/o loseing everything(hips/thighs/butt)?

You can make your stomach appear smaller and flatter by doing ab exercises that hit your upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. Other than that, you'd have to resort to diet and exercise to reduce your body fat, and yes, it WILL come off your hips, thighs, and butt too. Want a really easy exercise? Suck in your gut and hold it. Seriously! Do that as often as you like, wherever you like, and try to hold it in as long as you can while continuing to breathe normally. Eventually, if you do it enough, your gut will always have that "sucked in" look.

There's no way to get flatter stomach without having some give to other areas of your body. When you lose weight and tone up, it's going to be overall and not just one area. Whatever you've heard about spot-reducing is untrue. But, the best way to achieve a flatter stomach is to do Aerobic exercise with some resistance training. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, and do your usually crunches and whatnot, and you will tone your stomach while losing the layer of fat over it. That's about the only way.

......That, and liposuction.

Try this: lie flat on your back with your legs in the air, knees bent. Put hands behind your head.
Bring your right elbow to your left knee. Then do the same with the other elbow and knee.

One on each elbow= 1
Do 20.
Do this every other day, and i guarantee you'll have flatter abs in about 2-3 weeks. It's kind of hard, but it works!

You should have started earlier. My guess is school starts in a few weeks

But you want all of this BEFORE school starts again?

Come on - try toning up your brain a little bit and then work on the body.

Lot's of aerobics, and crunches,
eat right, no carb's, drink lot's of water
and try to exercise the parts that you have trouble with

Work out in the pool. Eat healthy foods.
