Well it seems to be a widely known superstition, so .......who knows?
As I have heard it is: if the palm of the hand you receive money with itches, than you will receive some money, ......but take care, cause if it is the one you usually give money with......you will, hypothetically, be poor:P
=))
Anyway, I do not believe superstitions, I think they are just in people's minds.......it's about autosuggestion
If my palm would Itch really bed, I would consider visiting my doctor;)

Sorry, that's an "old wives' tale." My mother used to say it, but my plam itched and I sure as heck am not rich.

Hey, nswblue: you'll have company if you drop silverware. Drop a fork, it'll be a woman; a knife, a man; and a spoon, a child. The direction towards which the the silverware is pointing is the direction from which they'll come. How's that for another "old wives' tale" ... my mom had lots of them.

Hmm, I would be more worried about having dry skin. It probably needs lotion. The lotion will cost you money, so you'll actually be less rich. How's that?

Depends which one...

If one of them itches - you'll receive money (I think it's right, not sure)
If the other - you'll give somemoney away (I think it's left)
