Mine is i go tanning in tanning beds and when it's nice out i hose down my trampoline and lay on it and bake away!!

well aside from the obvious laying outside in the sun and going to a tanning salon, i also have used Jergens Natural Glow. i dont like many instant tan lotions b/c you can look orange if you apply to much or not even enough & its a pain. but Jergens Natural Glow is a gradual tan, and just kind of adds a nice glowing tan to your skin. They have it for all skin types, pale, medium & dark. I saw a difference within 5 days of using it once a day. Works great =)

Sweetie! The tanning beds and sun rays are incredibly damaging to your skin! Your best bet is to use the self tanning lotion. Not only will you get a nice tan (plus they don't look orange anymore) but you will save your skin from looking leathery when you get older! Please just try using the self tanning lotion. You can even get the kind that are gradual so you can build up how tan you want to get. I've included a link that will be helpful. If not, I hope that you use a good Sunblock with SPF 30. I myself use the self tanning, but I am tan myself. I just use the self tanner when I want to look evened out.

I tan real easily in the sun and like to spend a lot of time outdoors! I was to light after my tan so I also changed skin tone on my avatar!! Enjoy your tan just remember to use sun screen!

I tan easily, so I only have to go to the tanning bed about once a month. On sunny days, I try to wear sleeveless tops and mow the yard or work in it.

the new dove energy glow body lotion after i lay out. it seals the tan in that's already there, makes your skin feel refreshed (and it smells amazing) and it has a little self tanner in it so you really get an incredible glow. some bronzer with a little shimmer in it on your cheeks and shoulders makes the whole thing just pop!

I don't have one. My skin tans really easy. All I have to do is go swimming. When I get out I'll be tan!
