It's sacroiliac. It's one word.

The word is used to denote the sacroiliac joints, on either side of the spine in the lower back. The joints connect the last bones of the spine, the sacrum, with the main bones of the pelvis, the ilium. Hence the term sacroiliac.

The Sacral Illiac is a group of bones in the spine situated between the lowest lumbar vertebrae and the coccyx. They form a bridge between the Illia of the pelvis and sacrum.
