I wouldn't panic, just yet.......This could very well, be stemmed from stress, or sleeping on your right side, too long.......Or even, a "Pinched-Nurve" , because, I do know, that if it were a "Heart-Attack" it, would be your left arm, that it would effect, and your finger-tips, would tingle, and left arm, hurting abnormally like......If you have insurance, I would definately get it checked-out.......Our health, is nothing too mess with, you know......And worrying about it, by not knowing whats wrong, will drive you nutz.......Be careful, and be nice to your body, and call the doctor, and while there on the phone,,ask them, if they know, of a "Dial-A-Nurse" phone, number, to call, for things, like this, rather, than seeing your doctor, especially if its nothing, and you would normally have to pay, out-of-pocket, co-payments.....Dial-A-Nurse, will guide you in the right direction, should it be minor, or something of concern, you know.........Okay, I hope, I was of some help......Smile!!! It'll get better, one way or another........

Maybe it's a "rotator cuff" injury. Check one of the medical websites for that term and see if it fits your symptoms:
