canal street is the gay village part of manchester. absolutely brilliant place to go if you're not homophobic and a top night with your mates.
fifth ave is the best club to go to, but its indie and alternative and generally a student place although i still go and im knocking 30. the brickhouse is similar to 5th ave but a bit older.
i could go on for ever but it depends what music you're into. if you like a proper club night then you're better off at castlefield locks.

Avoid Club nights in Manchester. Its all gone downhill since the Hacienda finished.
You should have gone to D-Percussion at the weekend - awesome.
For a good night out, go to the Northern Quarter or Living Room / Cocoa Rooms / Prohibition on Deansgate. Much better!

Yes disgusting no one Nicked and charged if you ask me. But made me smile in paper today when you see the fat bald bloke giving it the mouth and the police dog then taking a chunk out of his leg, He certainly was not shouting his gob off after that he was crying like a baby Serves him right................ should have let a few more dogs loose i recon And the fact this fat bald git is a convicited murderer makes it all the more pleaseing that the dog took a chunk out of him . Someone give that do a medal, and please give it the once over by the vet to ensure that it has not caught anything
