has anyone succesfully used accupuncture to quit smoking?

Yes! I walked into the accupuncturist's office, having had my last cigarette, and walked out never smoking again. That was over ten years ago. It was the easiest thing I had ever done.

I've heard that it works for some people, but ultimately the best way to do it is cold turkey. Anyone can do it if they have enough will to do so.

It's all in your head... and I know that your body desires it, you crave it, but you have control of your body. An anorexic can make themselves deny themselves food... the most basic of needs. A devoutly religious person can deny themselves sexual pleasure, another one of life's most basic needs. The mind can take control of the body in SO many ways. While working out you can push yourself past the pain, no matter how bad it hurts.

Push through this craving phase. Use your mind, stay true to what you want, and that is to get off of cigarettes, because they will drain you of money and of precious time on this earth.

No, but celiminated an incredibly bad pain behind my eye that wouldn't go away.
Give it a shot, I think it may very well work.
By the way, accupunture is not a joke. The needles put pressure on my head so hard that it brought me to tears. So I think its very possible that it may work. Of course it also depends on how talented the practioner is.

I know someone who was hypnotized & that worked for
7 months

I heard that now you can have lazer surgury on your mouth to make you stop smoking. My Mom's friends
had it done & it worked for all three of them.
